I have read and understood the TwoSync Privacy Notice. Within the scope of that notice:

I acknowledge that TwoSync is not a therapy, psychological counselling or healthcare service; that content such as questions, cards, programs, mood sharing and the AI chat is intended solely for personal development and psycho-education, and does not substitute medical diagnosis or treatment.

a) International Data Transfers (required to provide the service)

I consent, under Article 9 of KVKK, to the transfer of my identity, contact, device, security and app-usage data to service providers whose servers are located abroad (primarily in the USA) — including Google Firebase (notifications, crash/performance monitoring), RevenueCat and Apple (subscription verification) and hosting providers — as required for the App to function;

If this consent is not given, App features that cannot be provided without international infrastructure may be unavailable and an account cannot be created. I have read and understood this notice.

b) Sharing My Relationship Content with My Partner

I consent to the sharing of the content I create and choose to share in the App (my daily question answers, mood check-ins, messages, calendar and tasks) with my paired partner;

c) Location Data (optional)

I consent to the processing of my location data — if I grant the device permission — for the purpose of showing nearby event and venue suggestions, and to the transmission of the search region to event data providers;

I may revoke the permission at any time in device settings; the rest of the App is unaffected.

d) Commercial Electronic Messages (optional)

I consent to receiving commercial electronic messages (notifications/e-mail) from Ayentech for campaigns, announcements and promotions under Turkish Law No. 6563;

I may opt out free of charge at any time.

I declare that I have given each of these consents freely, based on the information provided in the Privacy Notice; that I may withdraw my consent at any time by contacting info@ayentech.com.tr; and that withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Consents are collected digitally; the date and time of consent are logged.
